I am a compassionate and dedicated licensed therapist committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional healing and personal growth. With 6 years of experience in the field of mental health, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations facing a wide range of challenges. I create a safe space to guide you on the road to empowerment. I provide support to individuals who experience depression, trauma, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem issues, and overall difficulty navigating through life challenges.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I create a space for my clients to freely express themselves. I provide collaborative efforts and problem-solving to address needs as a team. My passion for providing effective services stems is based upon my own personal experiences and desire for my clients to live fulfilling and enriched lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I integrate CBT to help my clients recognize and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior that can contribute to emotional distress or problems in daily life. CBT is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and by changing one of these aspects, we can influence the others.

EMDR

I provide EMDR as a therapist in training. I apply EMDR to help my clients process distressing memories and experiences in order to reduce the emotional impact they have on their lives. EMDR particularly effective for treating trauma-related conditions, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), but can also be beneficial for addressing other issues like anxiety, phobias, and low self-esteem.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I apply Brief solution-focused therapy to guide my clients as they identify and amplify their strengths and resources to find effective solutions to your concerns. Rather than delving deeply into past issues or exploring the root causes of problems, this approach focuses on the present and future, aiming to create rapid and sustainable change in a relatively short period of time.
