Warmest greetings to you! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Texas. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I strive to help clients achieve a better understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and needs, in order to gain greater clarity and direction in their lives, and to develop the tools to manage overwhelming life experiences. I help people remember the truth about their worth and value, and guide them as they practice living from that truth.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

First, we form a respectful & nurturing relationship through active and empathetic listening, and thoughtful questions and answers. Then, we work together to identify and address your needs. I'm not here to "fix" or coddle anyone. With respect, kindness, and compassion, I will use evidence-based therapies to challenge behaviors and thought-processes that may not be working for you. My goal is to help you discover what it is in your life that needs adjustments, change, support, education, and encouragement, and assist in making those changes. See my website at www.realitybasedtherapy.com

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am often described as warm, intuitive, & empathetic, with my heart open to all kinds of people. My clients tell me that they easily connect with me and feel they can trust me. Life has kicked me down over and over again. I know failure and I know triumph. I will likely have great empathy and understanding for whatever situations you bring to me and wherever you are coming from, without judgement about your situation. You can feel free to be yourself with me. Literally ALL of my clients have said they enjoy working with me. Call for a free consultation. I hope we'll work together soon!
