What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I will ask you to describe your life journey and the difficulties and conflicts that you are currently experiencing. I often ask a client to complete some homework: an article, a book, a challenge, an exercise.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is my compassion for the human condition (as described by colleagues). I look to find your strengths and then to assist you to utilize those for a better and brighter future. I, too, have suffered loss. I, too, have experienced various health concerns. I am deeply aware of the difficulties that life can thrust upon us. I also have the strength of persistence. I will not give up on you no matter how long your counseling process should take.
