With an Anxiety certification from the Beck Institute and over 5 years of expertise in this modality, I've successfully applied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. This involves a dynamic approach, encompassing collaborative goal setting, in depth exploration of thought processes, and implementing practical techniques to address and transform behaviors and beliefs contributing to emotional distress.

Experiential Therapy

I have 3 years of experience using experiential therapy by engaging clients in hands on, interactive activities to explore emotions, increase self awareness, and address underlying issues. This integrative and holistic method encompasses art therapy, psychodrama, ancestral drumming, dance, mindfulness, and various potent modalities used for personal growth and healing.

Psychodynamic

I have extensive experience using psychodynamic therapy to treat clients.
