My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, CBT serves as a cornerstone of my therapeutic approach. I utilize various CBT techniques to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, such as cognitive distortions and automatic negative thoughts. By teaching clients, the skills to identify and challenge these thoughts, I help them develop a more balanced and realistic view of themselves and the world.

Trauma Informed Care

During therapy sessions, I utilize a trauma-informed approach to help patients process and heal from their traumatic experiences. This involves the use of evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapies. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring that they are supported throughout their healing journey.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

In my practice, I strive to create a safe and inclusive environment that is respectful of cultural diversity. Culturally sensitive therapy has given me a deeper understanding of my clients' cultural backgrounds and has allowed me to create therapy experiences that are truly tailored to their needs. By embracing cultural diversity and incorporating culturally sensitive approaches, I aim to provide a supportive and empowering environment for clients, leading to more effective therapeutic outcomes.
