Hello, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I earned my master’s degree from John F. Kennedy University and have been practicing for over 10 years. I support individuals through life transitions by offering a compassionate and safe space to explore and reflect on their current, emotions and develop strategies to navigate change with confidence and clarity.
In our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your background, current challenges, and goals to better understand your unique situation. This session is also an opportunity for you to share any thoughts or concerns you have about the process. We’ll begin to explore some strategies and I’ll explain how we can work together to support your growth and well-being.
I approach each person with compassion and curiosity, tailoring my support to fit their unique needs. By blending evidence-based techniques with personalized care, I help clients tap into their strengths and move toward the positive change they seek.
I work holistically combining somatic therapy, attachment and strength-based approaches to create individualized pathways for change. With experience working with diverse populations, I focus on enhancing emotional resilience, fostering self-awareness, and supporting clients in building healthy relationships. My approach empowers each person to draw on their strengths and deepening the mind-body connection for greater balance and overall well-being.
