Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Art Therapist. I received my Masters from Loyola Marymount University and have been practicing for 5 years. I have experience working with clients of all ages, but I am truly passionate about helping transitioned age youth (17-25), adults, and the elderly. I hope to be a part of your therapeutic journey using different modalities to assist with your treatment; to empower you to find solutions by helping create individualized coping skills.
During our first session, I hope to get to know you better by building rapport. We will then explore and identify treatment goals to work towards. This process would start by assessing how your life may be more fulfilling or satisfying to you. Recognizing the struggles and impairments, identifying the root cause of your challenges, and creating a plan that we can use towards measuring progress.
As a provider, I am empathetic, creative, and direct. I provide humanistic care and interventions.
Understanding how early attachments affect current relationships and working on rebuilding trust.
Self-awareness and understanding of the influence of the past on present behavior.
