I am a Licensed Clinica Social Worker (LCSW). I earned my Master Degree in Social Work in 2010. I have a passion for helping clients navigate through complex issues, difficult emotions, and daily life stressors. I have several years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. I work closely with you to determine the best treatment approach and what your needs are. Some areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting, and life stressors.
In our first session, we will have introductions and get to know each other. You will have the opportunity to talk about the challenges you are facing and what you would like therapy to help you with. We will also explore what treatment will look like for you and collaboratively develop a treatment plan.
I started my career in Social Work because of my passion to help others. Throughout my years of experience, my passion and love to help others has grown. I am focused on helping you through difficult times and difficult emotions. It is very fulling too see my clients through their healing journey.

I enjoy working with teens to address depression, anxiety, and school stress. I work with parents who struggle with feeling not good enough, being overwhelmed, and working towards gaining cooperation from their children. Grief and loss are very complex, and I am here to help you navigate the emotions that come with loss. If you have experienced trauma, I understand that impact that has on your life. I am here to help you navigate the impact trauma has had on you. Depressive and anxiety symptoms are challenging to manage, and I am here to help you learn coping strategies and help improve your symptoms.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a very effective treatment approach to low self-esteem, depression, worry, anxiety, and conflict with others. Using CBT can help with decreasing negative moods and emotions, increase self-worth, and improving relationships.
I am a certified EMDR therapist. I work very closely with my patients to determine if EMDR is right for you. EMDR is an effective evidence-based treatment approach to altering the emotions, thoughts, and responses resulting from traumatic experiences. EMDR can treat trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
Grief and loss are a very difficult time. In therapy, I help you work through the various stages and range of emotions you may feel.
