Hi there, I am Brittany a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Arizona. I graduated in 2014 with my masters degree in social work. I enjoy working with adults and seniors who may be facing challenging life situations or/are experiencing trauma, stress, anxiety, mood disorders and OCD. I know that life can feel so hard at times and with that I know there are so many good moments we can create too in life. I am truly committed to help support and guide you toward the life that you want to live.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect someone who listens to them, wants to help them and support them as they work towards the goals they have in mind!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I offer a relaxed environment filled with empathy, humor, and practical tools. I know how hard it is to come to therapy so I will provide a non-judgmental space. I try and incorporate humor to make therapy sessions more relatable, while maintaining the focus on personal growth and healing.
