Hello, I'm so glad you're here seeking support for Behavioral health support. I'm Trasie Phillips MSW LICSW, I'm a License Clinical Social Worker, for 10 years and in 3 states. In the last ten years I have regularly provided support to Military active duty and Veterans, families, couples, detox, addiction, and EAP clients. The client I serve have stated the treatment they receives from me is "extremely helpful", "The best" "sensative but honest." Mostly clients states I have helped them meet their mental health goals.
In our first session I will complete the In-Take assessment and review with you any In-Take assessment tools. This will involve clarifications, questions, explanations, with confirmed understandings. This allows both of us to understand and agree, why you are in treatment, your treatment goals, and the styles methods we will use to meet your goals. By the end of the In-Take assessment, and first session, we should easily agree on 3 therapy goals, the frequency and duration of sessions, and how we will measure outcomes.
My biggest strength is cultural compentency. I know I'm trained, experience, educated, at an expert level. What I don't know I will find out. When a clients has progressed we discuss this progress. Once a client has met their goals, we end services or transfer to as needed sessions. I believe people are not suppose to be perfect, I believe they are suppose to function comfortably and equally as the others members in their community, safetly, low risk, supported, and able.
