I am trained in different modalities of treatment including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Strength-based therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, as well as Integrative Therapies to help you reach your goals.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the intake process. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions to help you achieve your specific goals.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy helps challenges negative thinking and negative core beliefs/worries. Clients will increase awareness of their core thought/ beliefs and worries, challenge and replace them with the truth and strength of the clients life.
