In the first session together, we'll start with introductions and discuss your reasons for being brave enough to seek counseling! We’ll dive into specific challenges you may be facing. This will help us to create a tailored plan for us to work through and follow-up sessions.

I tailor a results-oriented approach to each individual's specific needs to help them attain goals and personal growth. Some of the techniques used include behavior modification techniques, mindfulness, affirmations, narrative and trauma-focused therapy.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One strength I have as a provider is I have very relaxed therapy style. I have a lot of experience with clients who have trauma, sexually fluid and who come from all walks of life. Very much a judgment free zone.

I love working with clients who are motivated to improve but lack the tools to make their goals a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about their careers and different areas of their lives.
