Intake/Initial sessions are 1 hour, and follow-up sessions are 45 minutes. I work with whatever you bring into the session. I will help you identify concerns, create a treatment plan with goals, and provide you with the necessary tools to make a positive change in your life. I believe this is your journey, and honor, respect and support your beliefs and values. You will find a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where you will be provided psychoeducation and challenged in a way that is right for you. You will take away skills and strategies that will help you to exist in the world in a way that is right for you. This process will allow you to graduate from therapy, and experience a meaningful life, relationships, and the kind of journey you deserve.
My approach is based on what you bring into the session. I am trained in a variety of clinical modalities, including evidence-based: Here are some examples... Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) I will support you in utilizing what is most appropriate for you! My theoretical training includes Humanistic, Existential, Experiential, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Humanistic/Client-Centered, Holistic/Integrative, Systemic, Behavioral, Narrative, and Mindfulness.

I find that my clients improve with a better understanding of who they are, how to communicate, and feel better about themselves and others.
