My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Have been using CBT effectively to treat my clients for years. I use CBT in my practice to combat thinking patterns that are holding clients back from having optimal mental health and accomplishing their goals.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I have used mindfulness based therapy for years to help my clients bring attention to their mind and body connection to reduce feelings of anxiety and depression

Strength-Based

I use strength based therapy to help clients realize and focus on the strengths that they do have that we build and improve on through therapy.

Grief Therapy

I use grief therapy with clients that are having difficulty dealing with all types of grief. I work through the stages of grief with the client and coping skills to deal with emotions caused by grief.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use acceptance and commitment therapy in order to help clients accept and move past negative experiences helping them to achieve overall better mental health.
