I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional in Illinois that specializes in working with women aged 25 and older. I have 15 years of professional experience. I provide a strengths-based and client-centered approach to therapy. I believe that each woman seeking help has strengths and it is my goal to help her during therapy to discover her strengths and to utilize those to continue the healing process. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and chronic health conditions. I have an extensive background in domestic abuse and chronic health conditions. In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions then dive in the specifics of what is bringing you to therapy. Together we will formulate a plan to move forward with session.

I feel my biggest strengths is listening to my clients. I have extensive history in working with victims and survivors of domestic violence, women facing anxiety and depression, and chronic health conditions.
