She has worked in various therapeutic settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient community behavior health clinics and private counseling practices. She completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training in the School of Integrative Yoga Therapy in 2019. She works with clients of all ages affected by depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, substance use and relationship challenges. Tara goes above and beyond to focus on the unique needs of each individual. Her passion lies in helping people to know their power in healing themselves emotionally and functionally to move with more joy and ease in life.

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me tailor a plan to work through in future sessions.
