Hey there! I am so happy that you have reached out for therapy. My name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist for the state of California with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, and abuse. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion as a way to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I will get to know you, your background, why you are seeking therapy, and what you hope to accomplish or grain from therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Some strengths that I embrace are actively engaging and listening empathetically to my clients. I strive to meet my clients where they are, emotionally and mentally, and communicate in a compassionate and culturally competent manner.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Ideal clients will be open to change and vulnerability within our therapeutic space.
