I am a person with compassion, understanding and integrity. I have a strong faith, and love helping people, from all walks of life, become the best they can be. I believe that our history impacts our life, both past and present, and that people are able to recover from abuse and trauma, and live as thrivers, not just survivors. Grief and loss are part of life, and there are no rights or wrongs in how each of us grieve.
During our first session, we will get to know each other; share some history, and discuss current reason(s) for seeking help; establish goals based on how you would like things to change during the treatment plan period.
My greatest strengths are: compassion, connection, life experience, medical knowledge, wisdom, and faith.
I believe that each person has unique needs, and often benefit from various therapeutic techniques
