I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the states of GA, NC, SC, VA, DE, and NH. I have always been a compassionate helper since a very young age. Professionally, I have been in the helping field since 2005. I am a dedicated, compassionate, spiritual therapist/counselor with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, nationally and internationally.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I will tell you about myself and learn more about you. We will engage in meaningful dialogue to help determine the best way that I can support you moving forward in our sessions together. Although our sessions will be by Telehealth only, I do my best to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment that allows you to feel open and free to share.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My goal is to help others to find TRUE freedom by way of the reaching and obtaining one of the highest vibrations, LOVE – beginning with the love of self. It is my belief that all of us are in control of our lives and have the ability to create the life that we desire. I am very passionate about helping others to find their path and purpose and walking in it confidently, despite life's obstacles.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I support clients in becoming more aware of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors; and how they are connected. After becoming more aware, I work with clients to challenge their thoughts to help shift perspective and determine if they are realistic.

Grief Therapy

In this type of therapy, I support individuals who have lost a loved one. The goal is to normalize feelings of grief and to help client to accept the loss, honor their loved one, and improve mood and self-care.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I have a lot of training on trauma and its effects on the brain. I use this treatment method to help clients explore triggers, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors associated with their trauma; work to shift perspectives of any irrational thoughts that may interfere with daily life.
