I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Bloomsburg University in 2003 and my Master of Science degree in Social Work from the Columbia University School of Social Work in 2006. I worked in HIV services in central Pennsylvania and the Bronx, New York in the 2000s before completing PhD course work and candidacy at The Ohio State University College of Social Work. Post PhD candidacy, I have been providing counseling services and mental health treatment and established a private practice in 2018. I enjoy working with kids, teens and adults to be helpful with addressing mental health challenges and finding effective strategies for improving quality of life. I have extensive experience in treating trauma, depression and anxiety, among other mental health challenges. I proudly support LGBQTIA+ and neurodiverse individuals and communities.

Cognitive behavioral, solution-focused and narrative therapeutic approaches
I consider providing mental health treatment to be a privilege and an honor. I take very seriously hearing other people's most vulnerable thoughts and feelings and want everyone with whom I meet to feel heard, respected and supported.
