Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with 15 years of experience helping people to change thought and behavior patterns that result in feeling stuck and overwhelmed. I enjoy working with clients on implementing effective strategies to overcome challenges and cultivate new approaches in managing anxiety, anger, depression, and life transitions with clarity and purpose.
In our first session we will start with introductions and working to identify key challenges that you’re facing. This will help us to develop a plan to work through together in follow up sessions.
