I get it, the process of finding a therapist can be very stressful. My name is Erika and I am a licensed mental health therapist. My practice is based in Miami, FL but I see my clients via a Telehealth platform and they can be anywhere in Florida (that's the beauty of tele-therapy!). As a therapist, I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationships & other issues that can be stressful.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect to walk into each session and be able to have a dedicated time and space that would allow them to process and reflect on their issues while also gaining insight as to how to solve them.

My biggest strengths are working from a genuine place where I provide quality care to my clients, truly providing a safe space for them and allowing them to come to me and open up at their own pace, while never judging, or placing my own beliefs above theirs. We focus on you and the problems You want to work on.
