Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an empirically supported treatment that reduces anxiety, depression, and many other symptoms. I am CBT trained. I enjoy trying new strategies in collaboration with the clients I work with. Everyone is different and I personalize treatment as much as possible. Whether you need 2 sessions or 20 sessions, together we can come up with different thoughts and behaviors that can help you reach your goals and improve your quality of life. I do a structured intake with clinical questionnaires in my first session and end with identifying 1-2 goals that you would like to achieve in therapy. I am solution focused and like to explain things clearly and get an understanding of what you need and expect in therapy.
