I am a LPC currently practicing in Georgia. I have been practicing for the past 5 years. I have experience working with clients with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI). My focus is also on working with clients with some of the following issues/concerns: dual diagnosis, adjustment problems, PTSD, depression, anxiety, family cohesion problems, as well as relationship problems. I work primarily with adults but also has experience working with adolescents. I am currently accepting new clients and offer evenings and weekend appointments for your convenience. My services are offered on an easily accessible virtual platform. I offer a non-judgmental environment to help clients work through their life struggles. My focused approach to counseling is a mix of person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You can expect a safe and supportive environment with an appreciation for you sharing your life story. Establishment of goals for what you want to work on and receive the tools/skills/strategies needed to accomplish those goals. You will leave the sessions feeling heard and empowered to move through your challenges with a new look at life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a flexible therapist who have empathy for all of my clients. I have a love for helping others and consider myself to be a realist when it comes to therapy.
