We all want to have a purpose in the world and desire to be part of something. When conflicts strike, sometimes it feels like a tidal wave crashing on us and our problems become overwhelmingly out of control. Sometimes unresolved problems lead to fear, anxiety, and depression and we find it difficult to cope. My approach to the therapeutic relationship embraces H.O.P.E. - Healing, Optimism, Potential, and Empowerment. I have over 30 years of experience in the field of mental health and I will motivate you to increase your quality of life through evidenced based practices including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, REBT, Mindfulness.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I will listen to what happened that led to your stress, anxiety, depression, and any confusion you have within yourself right now. We will discuss and will establish your goals and together discuss a plan to reach them.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a practical, non-judgmental person who meets the client right where they are at. The 30 plus years of experience in this field will provide you with the resources and increased quality of life you are seeking/

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.
