Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing telehealth therapy in Alabama, Virginia, Florida, South Carolina, and Vermont. I have a passion for helping those in need find their inner strength and resilience. I believe we all have it within us to find solutions to our problems; sometimes we just need some guidance. If you are you at the point where saying "I just need to try harder" or "I used to be able to" is just not working, one small step is all it takes to begin the process of change. I strive to provide my clients with a safe and respectful environment where they feel comfortable exploring their life experiences. I offer an integrative, client-centered approach to meeting my client's needs and work in a collaborative nature to build a strong, therapeutic relationship. I am interested in the mind/body connection and encourage my clients to aspire to wellness in all areas of their lives. Reach out today and we can explore together!!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session together will involve getting to know each other as I gain some information about the client's main concerns. If time permits, we may begin identifying some small goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my strengths is being able to provide professional guidance in a judgment free environment where clients feel safe and understood. I believe I am able to put my client's at ease as I allow them to open up at their preferred pace.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I will work with clients to help them understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. We will work to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and develop more effective ways of dealing with life's challenges. I have used CBT for over 5 years and have received additional training through the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
