I am a Licensed Clinical social worker who is very passionate about destigmatizing mental illnesses and providing excellent psychotherapy to my clients. I earned my Bachelors in psychology from UCLA, and my Masters in social work from USC. I started counseling at UCLA during my sophomore year, so I have 6 years of counseling experience, and I have 5 years of experience for providing therapy. When I am not working, I love to travel, go hiking, roller-skate, cook and eat.

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a mental health treatment technique. This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. EMDR's goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. I've been train and certified in EMDR for the past 2 years and have seen a lot of success with this modality.
EFT is a form of relationship therapy, in which the emotions and needs of both partners and love are central. We investigate together why things keep going wrong between you. The goal is to restore the connection (attachment) between the partners, EFT focuses on the essence of your relationship. It has been proven to have 90% effective rate in improving relationships.
