Welcome! I'm Felicia. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious about your career, friendships, or family, you’re not alone. Recognizing the need for support is a powerful first step, and I’m here to help you navigate the rest of the journey. I work with clients who are ready to improve their lives but may feel unsure of where to start. Together, we’ll identify practical tools and strategies to overcome challenges, set healthy boundaries, and build the confidence needed to create meaningful change. Counseling can help you move from feeling stuck to thriving. Let’s work together to bring your goals to life and create the future you deserve. When you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll focus on creating a comfortable and welcoming space for you to share your thoughts and feelings. Here’s what we’ll cover: Introductions: We’ll start by getting acquainted and discussing how therapy works. I’ll answer any questions you might have about the process. Understanding Your Story: We’ll explore what brought you to therapy and discuss the challenges or goals you’d like to focus on. This is your opportunity to share as much (or as little) as you feel comfortable with. Setting Goals: Together, we’ll start identifying areas of focus for your growth and well-being. Whether you’re looking to manage anxiety, build confidence, or improve relationships, we’ll create a roadmap tailored to your needs. Building Trust: This first session is also about starting to build a collaborative, supportive relationship where you feel safe to explore and grow. You don’t need to prepare anything—just bring yourself. This is a judgment-free space where you’re encouraged to be open and honest. My role is to guide and support you, one step at a time. I look forward to meeting you and starting this journey together!

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps people identify negative thought patterns and distortions in their thinking. For example, someone who thinks they are unworthy of love might feel withdrawn in social situations. CBT also deals with your current problems, rather than focusing on issues from your past.
