I have been working with individuals, families, couples and groups for over 20 years as they navigate a wide variety of struggles and challenges. Together, we will work to set goals, identify obstacles and barriers to success, and strive to make positive changes that can enhance overall quality of life. Change can be difficult. As such, my aim is to provide a supportive and validating environment where positive transformation can occur. I have worked with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement, relationship issues/challenges, self-esteem issues, life transition and adjustment struggles, divorce, substance misuse, obsessive compulsive related behaviors and thoughts, anger, Bipolar Disorder, intimate partner violence, behavioral issues in children/teens, trauma and PTSD, sexual issues, suicidal and self-harming thought, and more. I also have experience working this those who are living with more complex challenges, such as personality disorders (Borderline, Narcissistic and Antisocial Personality Disorders), psychosis, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, those court mandated to treatment, individual working in high risk/stress professions (i.e. first responders, law enforcement, corrections, etc...), and other mental health difficulties.
