My approach focuses on healing from past learning/programming. Anxiety, depression, personal traumas, and negative relationship cycles can be healed by understanding our experiences and adjusting how we view ourselves, others, and the world. Areas of focus would be recognizing unhealthy behaviors within your relationships with your partner, family, and coworkers. I will assist you with improving your ability to practice self-love! I also assist clients with increasing assertiveness and improving healthy boundaries. Together, we can identify what's not working and bring you back into balance. I apply cognitive behavioral techniques to enhance your relationship with yourself and others.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Soon after scheduling with me, I will text and send a message on the platform with my forms to be completed before the first session. In the first session, we'll discuss the reasons that lead you to starting your journey of healing. I will also ask questions in order to gather information regarding family, social and romantic relationships, and past traumas.

Schema therapy explores early maladaptive beliefs and the unhealthy way we cope when triggered with anxiety or depression. The goal is to practice more adaptive ways of coping.
