My motto is “people do the best they can with the resources they have at that time.” I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to assist clients maximize their internal resources to live a healthy and fulfilling life. I strive to empower others face obstacles, life transitions, addiction, sexual dysfunction, eating disorders, and the myriad of other life challenges.
During the first session, you are provided the space to identify where you are today, current challenges or stressors, and where you would like to be as a whole and healthy, and best version of yourself.
