As a licensed therapist specializing in trauma-informed care, I partner with clients on their journey toward authentic living and deep healing. My integrative approach combines evidence-based Western psychology with Eastern wisdom traditions to create lasting transformation. In our work together, we create a safe, nurturing space where you access your inner wisdom so that your life thrives. Each session honors your unique path while providing practical tools for lasting change.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will discuss your personal history and journey, and establish a basic road map for your journey. I may ask you to complete more measures, similar to the PHQ and GAD, so that we narrow our focus to what is really keeping you from living your vision.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I practice within and from my heart-mind and authenticity, to help you connect with your inner healer so that you move from surviving and coping to personal empowerment and a life of abundance of all types.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

We combine Jungian methods (active imagination, archetypes, dream work) with Dialectical Behavior Therapy trauma skills, integration work, ketamine integration, soul retrieval, journeying, mantra/meditation, and somatic methods to empower you to heal from outdated trauma patterns.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I have 20 years experience with both traditional intensive DBT, and adapting methods to other life challenges.

Jungian

We use active imagination, dream work, the emotional body, and archetypes on your healing journey.

Mind-body approach

I offer integration therapy for those in Kaiser's ketamine program for depression and trauma.

Positive Psychology

We start where you are, with what you have, and we do what we can do without judgment - that's where your growth and healing starts.
