Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with a Master’s degree from Touro University and four years of experience in practice. I specialize in supporting adults facing challenges like relational and career stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. I find it an honor to work with each of my clients, and my approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan to help you reach your goals, navigate life’s challenges, and build resilience for a more fulfilling life.
In our first session, we’ll start with brief introductions to help you feel comfortable and at ease. From there, we’ll explore the specific challenges you’ve been facing and any goals or areas you’re hoping to focus on. This conversation will give me a deeper understanding of your needs and help us develop a personalized plan tailored to you. Together, we’ll outline a path forward to address these concerns, ensuring our future sessions are meaningful and aligned with your unique journey.
Over the past five years, working with individuals, couples, and families has taught me the importance of flexibility in treatment. I believe that each person’s journey is unique, and I focus on adapting our approach to uncover the root causes of your challenges while developing a personalized plan that fosters real, measurable progress. This adaptable approach allows us to work together in a way that truly resonates with your needs and goals, ensuring that our sessions are both effective and meaningful.
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past four years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. Then we'll use that knowledge to challenge your thought patterns, which can help with lessening anxiety, worry, and depressed feelings.
I am a Brainspotting Practioner and have been using BSP in my practice for four years. Brainspotting is a form of therapy most commonly used for treating psychological trauma. However, it can help in many ways such as helping with sports performance and working through mental roadblocks. In our work together, we can decide if BSP is right for you and discuss the many ways it can help you achieve your goals for therapy.
I believe that the therapeutic process is very individualized (even working with couples/families) and eclectic therapy allows for that flexibility. Eclectic therapy is a multidimensional approach using various theories together that will allow us to tailor our sessions to meet your goals.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy expands on CBT techniques by adding mindfulness practices. Together we will work on techniques that encourage staying in the present moment, incorporating breathwork and other soothing techniques you can utilize outside of session to evoke calmness into your everyday life.
