Do you need someone who makes you feel heard, seen, and understood? Do you need someone to help you acknowledge your needs, and wants, and attend to them? I am that person! I provide unconditional support, warmth, and understanding. I can help you to work through struggles, setbacks, and psychological blocks to be your true self. I will kindly challenge you by supporting you to use practical solutions to lower the distress in your life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My first session is getting to know you by gathering information about what you want in your life, what your goals are, learning about your family dynamics, struggles and successes. I want to learn about problems and stressors you are facing.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have a lot of lived experience and have survived a lot of life tragedy. I have cultivated a strong mindset and deep compassion for others and myself though my lived experiences. I am a warm, comical, creative, curious problem solver who sees the best in everyone. I understand socioeconomic realities and have a realistic approach to problem solving. I enjoy laughter with my client while remaining professional.
