I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and have been in the field of social work for 11 years. I am also a Certified HR Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management. I help young adults with stress, burnout, depression, and provide support to individuals of marginalized identities, to become the best versions of themselves. Please note: Effective 5/1/24 I only see couples via cash only. I do not bill insurance for couples sessions.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with introductions, build rapport and connections, and then dive at your pace the specific challenges you are enduring. This will guide me in collaborating together on a plan to work through in subsequent sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have endured and survived a lot of challenges myself in life, and I would not be the man and professional I am today without help and guidance. This has increased my empathy and desire to want to help others, and partner with them as they navigate through life's challenging seasons.
