Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Tennessee. I earned my Doctorate from Amridge University and have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families for nearly four years. I specialize in supporting people who are navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma, and I’m passionate about helping clients move toward a place where they can confidently pursue their life goals. Over time, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the importance of equipping individuals with the tools, strategies, and resources they need to grow and thrive. My approach is rooted in person-centered care—I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your unique experiences, and walking alongside you as you work toward emotional, mental, and physical wellness. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel supported, empowered, and ready to take meaningful steps forward.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll begin with some brief introductions and take time to get to know each other. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. We’ll talk about the challenges you’re currently facing, and I’ll begin to gather a better understanding of what brings you to therapy. From there, we’ll work together to develop a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs and goals—something we can continue to build on in future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Through my experience working with a wide range of clients, I’ve developed a strong ability to connect and build meaningful therapeutic relationships. I take a person-centered approach, always striving to meet clients where they are. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, soothed, and safe—so that healing and growth can happen naturally and at your own pace.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I truly enjoy working with individuals who are ready to face life’s challenges head-on and are committed to doing the deeper work that leads to lasting change. When clients are open to taking proactive steps—rather than looking for quick fixes—they’re often able to get so much more out of the therapeutic process and move toward their goals with greater clarity and confidence.
