My ideal client is someone who wants actionable steps to improve their life. Whether it be managing their anxiety and depression symptoms, learning how to effectively communicate, be more present in their daily lives or manage their time more effectively, my goal is for you to feel more comfortable in the skin your in while managing life's challenges. I focus on the whole individual, including their early childhood experiences ethnicity and current life status.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I incorporate ACT exercises to help clients experiencing difficult life transitions learn how to accept their current situation and develop resiliency to overcome the negative symptoms associated to this life change.
Interpersonal
I encourage client sot learn how to communicate assertively to develop social support systems during crisis of stressful life-events.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I teach clients on how practice mindfulness on a daily basis to ground and center them so they can become more aware of themselves and encourage appropriate decision-making.
