I assist individuals and couples facing challenges such as mood disorders, depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, marital or relationship concerns, and those seeking premarital or Christian counseling. Treatment methods
Christian Counseling
I am a Board Certified Christian Counselor. Together we can incorporate the Word of God into treatment.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help identify and challenge negative thoughts, modify behaviors, develop coping skills, improve self-awareness, and practice and apply self-help techniques.
Grief Therapy
In grief therapy I meet the client where they are and assist them on their time line in understanding and expressing their grief.
Supportive
In therapy we will work together to build a strong therapeutic alliance. In addition you will build self-esteem, develop emotional regulation, and strengthen coping skills.
