It is my mission to provide you with the highest quality of care. I am an LCSW licensed in PA and have 14 years of experience helping patients change unproductive behaviors and negative thought patterns. I create a warm, nonjudgemental space for self-exploration and growth. I aim to make my patients feel comfortable by infusing humor, my positive nature and authenticity. My clinical experience ranges from grief and loss, phase of life transitions, relationship stressors, emerging identities, stress management, low self-esteem, body image, women's mental health across the lifespan and mood disorders.

First session

My goal is to create a space where you can exhale, feel genuinely understood, and show up exactly as you are. During our first session, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped your story, identify what's no longer serving you, and clarify what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we'll begin building a therapeutic relationship grounded in curiosity, authenticity, and trust-laying the foundation for meaningful insight, resilience and lasting change.

Strengths

My approach to providing care starts with listening and understanding each individual's unique storyline. In collaboration, we will craft and tailor your own personal treatment plan with aspiring goals. I further believe in a strengths-based approach that encourages clients to recognize their abilities and create meaningful change. I blend evidence-based practices CBT, DBT and mindfulness/meditation to develop effective coping skills that foster resilience, self-awareness and greater independence.

Ideal clients

I enjoy working with clients who are open, engaged and willing to actively work toward meaningful change. They are curious about themselves and ready to explore patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be influencing how they feel and move through the world. Together, we will work toward greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, confidence and a stronger sense of connection the life they want to create.

Treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills into therapy to increase one's mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients challenge negative thinking, build effective coping skills, and navigate lifestyle challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use mindfulness to help clients learn how to respond not react. I strongly believe mindfulness helps clients develop greater awareness, regulate emotions, and navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence.
