Since a young age, I felt called to walk with people on their healing journeys. I have worked with victims/survivors of domestic and sexual violence as well as those living with serious mental illness and have been a meditation and nontraditional healing student for over 30 years.

I believe in each person's innate wisdom, and I am also profoundly inspired by the grace and healing available that can be supported through a therapeutic process.
First session
I begin to develop the collaborative relationship that will help us to create a space for exploration and growth. Time is spent identifying current needs and looking at what brings you to the therapy space at this time.

My goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can find clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with your own innate inner wisdom.
