Together, we will strengthen your ability to regulate your emotions, thoughts, actions, and relationships.
First session
Clients can expect me to take the time to understand who they are, what brought them to therapy, and what they hope to change. My goal is for each session to provide both insight and something practical you can take with you to enact change.
Strengths
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to understand who you are as an individual, think creatively, and approach challenges with curiosity and strong problem-solving skills. I bring genuine passion to my work and adapt my approach to find what works best for you.
Ideal clients
I have found that I work best with clients struggling with anxiety, trauma and/stress. I work best with clients who are motivated to make a change. I have the ability to bring knowledge and awareness , but ultimately you are the one who must take action! The more motivated the client is the faster I have seen the positive change for them occur.
