I offer a more structured approach than traditional talk therapy and am trained and experienced in offering EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a proven method for healing trauma. Here's my process: 1) An assessment to know our starting point. 2) A comprehensive intake session to dive deeper into your history & concerns. 3) 2-3 Goals based on your needs. 4) 12-session cycles to work deeply on your healing and take action in your life.
In our first session we will assess your history, the main issues you want to resolve, and your goals for therapy. We will get to know each other so that I can best support you in making the transformation that you are striving for. We will get to know each other better and build a foundation for our work together.

Abhimanyu was an extremely understanding and knowledgeable therapist, this was my first experience with Grow Therapy. We started with EMDR and transitioned to a talk therapy approach as our sessions progressed. He was encouraging and provided techniques to implement in daily life. He routinely tracked my progress and made note of talking points for future sessions.
