I'm a therapist who works with individuals navigating addiction, men's issues, depression, and anxiety. I understand that life can feel overwhelming, stuck, or out of control—and that reaching out is a big first step. I am now accepting clients ages 13-17 struggling with Anxiety & Depression, Peer Pressure & Bullying, Academic & Technology Stress, Identity & Sexuality, and Life Transition. Whether you're looking for support through a difficult time, clarity around a specific issue, or motivation to make lasting changes, I'm here to walk alongside you in that process—with honesty, compassion, and direction.
In our first session, we’ll simply chat about what’s been going on with you, what you’d like to see change, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll share a bit about how I work so you have a clear picture of what to expect, and we can make sure it feels like the right fit. Think of it as two people getting to know each other, figuring out the best way to tackle what’s on your mind, and setting the stage for the changes you’re looking for.
In my practice, I believe therapy works best when it feels natural and comfortable—like two friends catching up over a cup of coffee. We keep our conversations light and easy, even when discussing life’s tougher moments, so you can feel at ease and truly heard. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can relax, talk openly, and feel supported every step of the way.
I work best with Adult clients who are navigating challenges such as men’s issues, anxiety, and depression and with Adolescents navigating challenges such as Anxiety & Depression, Peer Pressure & Bullying, Academic & Technology Stress, Identity & Sexuality, and Life Transition. These are deeply personal struggles that can affect every part of life, and my goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space to explore them openly. Together, we’ll work to understand the roots of your concerns, develop practical tools for change, and create a path toward a healthier, more balanced future—one conversation at a time. Solution Focused Brief Treatment
In my practice, I take a solution-oriented approach, focusing on what's working and helping you build on your strengths to move forward. I primarily use Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), a collaborative, goal-directed method that helps you uncover practical strategies for real change.
