Hi, I'm Jessica, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. I am a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider (CTMH). I am licensed in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, and Maine. I specialize in working with individuals on a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, social issues and stressors, boundary setting, and workplace difficulties. I know that life can be tough sometimes, and I'm here to offer you a safe and supportive space to talk about whatever you're going through. I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and I'm committed to helping you reach your full potential. I use a variety of client-centered, evidenced-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and skill-building to meet the individual needs of my clients. I am warm, humorous, and easy to talk to. I am practical and down-to-earth. I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals coping with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues and stressors, workplace issues, and life-change adjustments.
