New to Grow
I am a licensed clinical social worker in NH and MA, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and military sexual trauma. I help my clients adapt to the changing challenges of work and personal relationships. They often become disoriented and stuck emotionally due to adverse and disruptive life events. I am motivated to help my clients reflect on how to become empowered to overcome life's challenges. My clients want to feel competent and confident at becoming resilient to tackle life's many challenges. I provide a non-judgmental safe space for them to accomplish their personal goals. I help my clients clarify their struggles and build a path to understanding, wellness, and forward movement in their lives. I guide my clients to build solid skills in personal and social resiliency through recovery and creating strength to adapt and to bounce forward. My clients build emotional and social strength to navigate their ever-changing world. I know how challenging life can be. No one gets a pass from this reality. I can help you with the tools and skills to build personal and social resilience that makes life less stressful and more enjoyable. If you are struggling with work or personal challenges, reach out to me. I can help you build resilience to improve your mental well-being.
In our first session, we will explore what brings you to counseling so that we both have a clear idea of what you are seeking out of treatment. Together, we can determine what your priorities are in treatment and will be able to create a treatment plan that helps you achieve your goals.
I believe in the power of collaboration. I view my clients as experts on their situations and their abilities to harness their strengths to help them overcome their obstacles. Through a process of fully understanding the obstacles one faces and one's strengths, we build essential trust to explore new ways to adapt and make changes that support growth and well-being.
My clients struggle with anxiety, depression, time management issues, men's issues, substance use issues, and PTSD. My clients often have concerns about balancing work and home life, raising children, and workplace stress, making them feel overwhelmed. My clients seek clarity in a very fast-paced and information-overwhelming social environment. My clients are military members and police officers, parents, and single people.
