I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the states of Florida, Virginia, Illinois and Massachusetts , with experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore yours thoughts and emotions. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness based techniques. I am passionate about supporting clients through times of change and personal growth.
First session
My clients often leave the session with greater clarity, practical skills for managing stress and emotions, and improve self-confidence. My goal is for each session to provide useful tools, concrete strategies, and a sense of progress toward your personal goals.
Strengths
I successfully graduated from the trauma-informed program offered by Barry University. Supporting individuals with trauma is my passion. I am also very committed to the LGBTQ community.
Ideal clients
I work with adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, and life transitions, and who want to feel more in control of their emotions and daily life. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who appear “put together” but feel overwhelmed internally. I enjoy helping clients explore patterns, build healthier boundaries, and process difficult experiences at their own pace. My approach is supportive, practical, and growth-oriented, helping clients feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with their values.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. In sessions, I work collaboratively with clients to develop practical coping strategies, build healthy behaviors, and strength problem-solving skills.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I incorporate mindfulness-based therapy to help client build awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in the present moment. Through guided practices like breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and mindful reflection, clients learn to respond to stress and challenges with greater calm and clarity.
