Meghan is so kind, validating and actually takes the time to hear your full story. Her knowledge around nervous system regulation is incredibly helpful and she gives real, practical tools you can use. She asks great questions and handles sensitive topics with genuine care. If you're looking for a warm, knowledgeable therapist who truly listens she's the one.

Meghan has been such a safe space for me since starting therapy. She is so warm, inviting, accepting, and gentle. She also has great tools and practices to help you connect to your body - which is so helpful when working through big emotions. She is open-minded and I feel I can say and share anything with her. Thank you Meghan! You are appreciated.
