I've appreciated how Christopher has approached trauma work with a delicate, warm, direct approach. I feel like our work has a clear direction to what I need to work on and how we do it. It's hard work, but it's what I've been wanting. I haven't made the gains I've wanted to with talk therapy, and am hopeful with EMDR work that bigger strides can continue to be made.
