Hi All, My name is Linda, and I have a deep passion for helping folks grow to the heights they want to achieve. I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar. I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world. It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. I hope all my folks find me supportive and comforting on their journey in life. We can do this! See you soon!
Clients can expect a lot of questions and conversation in a comfortable atmosphere so we can get to know each other.

I use many different techniques in therapy, but I believe that starting with the person in their environment and not judging or answering for them is the best place to begin. Unconditional Regard is of the utmost importance and listening to them supercedes any technique I use. You are the most important person in the room and know one knows you better than you.
Using a variety of therapeutic skills and trauma informed care to assist clients in reducing anxiety, depression, PTSD or CPTSD, and other mental health concerns.
