What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

If you are seeking a supportive environment for your personal growth and journey of self-discovery, my goal is to provide you with a safe environment where you can feel seen and valued as we navigate this process together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I create a warm and genuine space for my clients to establish trust as they embark on their path to self-discovery. I employ a humanistic and existential approach, focusing particularly on addressing trauma.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Grounded in humanistic, existential, and systemic theoretical methods, I facilitate psychoeducation to illuminate how trauma impacts both the body and mind. My therapeutic approach is structured around a comprehensive four-phase model—establishing trust and rapport, delivering psychoeducation, fostering self-regulation skills, and processing traumatic memories—creating a secure holding space for clients to engage in their healing process.
